Typically, we touch base within 1 business day after you submit a request. 

After getting in touch, our average on site arrival is 2-3 business days after the initial request. 

Each truck is fully stocked. If we are on site, we have the ability to fix any repair immediatley. This creates faster repair times, allowing the customer to get back to their day ASAP.

Yes, DM Designs has two fully Licensed Irrigators on staff. We also have fully trained technicians as well.

DM Designs will provide a free Irrigation Inspection for new customers. This inspection will detail your entire sprinkler system, and show any repairs that need to be done. 

In this report, there will be Fixed-Rate price for each item. This gives you the power to choose what you want completed, and how much it will be before we start.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. 

If you have an irrigation emergency, locate your shut off valve and make sure it is correctly turned off. 

After shutting off your sprinklers, please submit a request below and we will get in touch with you ASAP.
